Recognizing this important statistic, the Moldova-UN Tourism initiative is taking a bold step to promote women’s leadership within the sector. Through comprehensive training programs like the one held on February 29th and March 1st, they’re equipping female trainers with the knowledge and skills to champion gender equality in tourism.
